Download Theme / Style yang anda suka dari

* http://www.gnome-look.org/ - untuk [[Gnome]]; browse di bawah GTK 2 Theme.
* http://kde-look.org/ - Untuk [[KDE]]

Untuk menginstalasi 

* Ubuntu Panel > System > Preferences > Appearance
* klik "Install" dan pilih theme yang kita download.
ATAU
* Drag theme pakai drag-and-drop ke dialog box 

Customisasi

* Klik "Customize"

Bagi anda yang menggunakan Compiz, perlu masuk ke System > Preferences > CompizConfig Setting Manager dan di bawah "General Options", di "General" tab ada kolom "Cursor Theme" disini masukan nama dari cursor theme persis seperti nama theme waktu masuk ke System > Preferences > Appearance.
