How to get a QSO now:

ROS is listening on 14.080 Mhz [[USB]] all day through a webSDR (http://websdr.ewi.utwente.nl:8901/  at Netherlands.  If you call [[CQ]] on that frequency be sure to include your [[email]] address in the message (see ROS USer’s Guide). So, you could receive an automatic notification.
