install 

 apt-get install qemu-utils

convert

 qemu-img convert -f vdi -O raw ~/"VirtualBox VMs"/TestMachine/TestMachine.vdi ~/Desktop/TestMachine1.img

Upload ke folder

 /var/lib/vz/template/qemu

Misalnya,

 scp *.img root@192.168.0.13:/var/lib/vz/template/qemu
