Temperatur yang meningkat adalah masalah klasik jika modem 3G/EVDO digunakan dalam jangka waktu lama. Suhu naik, modem menjadi eror, bahkan hang. Perlu direstart atau dicabut dari dudukan USB agar modem kembali normal.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Itu pula yang terjadi dengan modem saya, ZTE MF 622. Setelah dipasang antena wajanbolic melalui colokan antena eksternal yang terhubung melalui pigtail, panas modem meningkat.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Tanya kesana kemari dan gugling sana-sini, akhirnya, Mas Nono Elsabarto (lagi-lagi dia….grrrrhhhh) menunjuk blognya Mas Hadiyanta. Narablog pemanjat tower tipiwan Jogja ini mengalami masalah serupa – modem membara, dan mengatasinya dengan memasang cooler fan laptop.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Saya pun meniru caranya. Hanya saja, saya memilih cooler fan untuk netbook yang ukurannya lebih mini. Harganya terjangkau, cukup Rp 25 ribu rupiah. Efeknya signifikan. Modem menjadi adem.&lt;br /&gt;
