How to get a QSO now:
ROS is listening on 14.080 Mhz USB all day through a webSDR (http://websdr.ewi.utwente.nl:8901/ at Netherlands. If you call CQ on that frequency be sure to include your email address in the message (see ROS USer’s Guide). So, you could receive an automatic notification.
