SrsRAN: Set CPU Governor to Performance

1. untuk melihat nilai scaling_governor sebelumnya per CPU, run:

cat /sys/devices/system/cpu/cpu*/cpufreq/scaling_governor

2. untuk set scaling_governor to "performance" mode untuk setiap CPU, jalankan:

echo performance > /sys/devices/system/cpu/cpu0/cpufreq/scaling_governor

echo performance > /sys/devices/system/cpu/cpu2/cpufreq/scaling_governor
echo performance > /sys/devices/system/cpu/cpu3/cpufreq/scaling_governor
echo performance > /sys/devices/system/cpu/cpu4/cpufreq/scaling_governor
