cd ~/Downloads
tar xvf OpenELEC-RPi.arm-3.0.6.tar.bz2

untuk membuat SD Card 

cd /home/username/Downloads/OpenELEC-RPi.arm-3.0.6
sudo ./create_sdcard /dev/sdb

Username & Password

username: root
password: openelec
